2. Using digital multimeter, measure voltage between positive post of junction (Figure 8, Item 2) and machine
ground (Figure 8, Item 1). Voltage should not be less than 1 volt of value recorded in step 1.
a. If voltage is less than 1 volt of value recorded in step 1, replace positive battery cable (WP 0195) between
machine battery and positive post of junction (Figure 8, Item 2). End of Task.
b. If voltage is equal to value recorded in step 1, proceed to step 3.
