Fasten a hoist to the engine and remove thetwelve bolts (32) used to fasten the engine totransmission adapter.24. Remove the four bolts that hold the enginefront support to the frame. Remove the shims(33) from under the front support. Removeengine. The weight of the engine is 1500 lb.(675 kg).CAUTIONKeep the shims that are between the engine frontsupport and the frame in their correct relationshipwith the engine front support for use during in-stallation.1-184
