REMOVAL CONTINUED
2. Remove blade tip cylinder (WP 0311).
3. Remove two bolts (Figure 1, Item 4), washers (Figure 1, Item 5), and clamps (Figure 1, Item 6) from hydraulic
hoses (Figure 1, Item 3).
WARN I N G
Hydraulic oil is very slippery. Immediately wipe up any spills. Failure to follow this warning
may cause injury to personnel.
N OT E
Cap and plug hydraulic lines to prevent hydraulic oil spills.
4. Install vacuum cap (WP 0221).
5. Relieve hydraulic system pressure on circle drive circuit (WP 0218)
6. Disconnect two hydraulic hoses (Figure 1, Item 1) from circle drive swivel (Figure 1, Item 2).
7. Remove vacuum cap (WP 0221).
