45. Rotate blade at an angle of 90 degrees to frame (TM 5-3805-293-10).
46. Lift blade 0.39 in. (10 mm) off the ground (TM 5-3805-293-10).
N OT E
The wearstrips should be in complete contact with the blade circle at all points.
If any wearstrip is not in complete contact with the blade circle, replace the wearstrip.
Measure thickness of wearstrips, and replac if difference between ends exceeds 0.2 in.

a. Exchange wearstrip (Figure 48, Item 1) with wearstrip (Figure 48, Item 2).
b. Exchange wearstrip (Figure 48, Item 4) with wearstrip (Figure 48, Item 3).
