Note position of shims and inserts to aid in installation.
3. Remove two bolts (Figure 2, Item 5), washers (Figure 2, Item 4), cap (Figure 2, Item 6), shim (Figure 2, Item 3),
and insert (Figure 2, Item 2) from centershift cylinder (Figure 2, Item 1).
