REMOVAL CONTINUED
WARN I N G
Use extreme caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use
assistance during procedure. Ensure any lifting device used is in good condition and of
suitable load capacity. Keep clear of heavy parts supported only by lifting device. Failure to
follow this warning may cause injury or death to personnel.
N OT E
Cab weighs approximately 2,800 lb (1,270 kg).
5. Using lifting device, raise cab to provide access to rear cab mounts.
6. Place wood blocks between cab and frame.
7. Lower cab onto wood blocks.
8. Remove bushing (Figure 3, Item 4) and washer (Figure 3, Item 1) from top isolator (Figure 3, Item 2).
9. Remove top isolator (Figure 3, Item 2) from frame (Figure 3, Item 3).
10. Repeat steps 7 and 8 for left rear cab mount.
