1. Install top isolator (Figure 3, Item 2) on frame (Figure 3, Item 3).
2. Install washer (Figure 3, Item 1) and bushing (Figure 3, Item 4) on top isolator (Figure 3, Item 2).
3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 on left rear cab mount.
4. Remove wood blocks from between cab and frame.
WARN I N G
Use extreme caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use
assistance during procedure. Ensure any lifting device used is in good condition and of
suitable load capacity. Keep clear of heavy parts supported only by lifting device. Failure
to follow this warning may cause injury or death to personnel.
N OT E
Cab weighs approximately 2,800 lb (1,270 kg).
5. Using lifting device, lower cab onto rear cab mounts.
6. Install bottom isolator (Figure 4, Item 3), washer (Figure 4, Item 2), and bolt (Figure 4, Item 1) on frame
(Figure 4, Item 4).
7. Repeat steps 5 and 6 on left rear cab mount.
