1. Install rubber strip (Figure 23, Item 7) in cab.
2. Install housing (Figure 23, Item 6), two spacers (Figure 23, Item 3), washers (Figure 23, Item 2), and bolts
(Figure 23, Item 1).
3. Install two washers (Figure 23, Item 5) and bolts (Figure 23, Item 4) on housing (Figure 23, Item 6).
