ASSEMBLY
1. Install new O-ring (Figure 22, Item 8), coolant shut-off valve (Figure 22, Item 7), tube (Figure 22, Item 2), new
O-ring (Figure 22, Item 9), and eight screws (Figure 22, Item 10) on heater core (Figure 22, Item 1).
2. Install four screws (Figure 22, Item 6) on heater core (Figure 22, Item 1).
3. Install two spacers (Figure 22, Item 3), actuator (Figure 22, Item 4), and two screws (Figure 22, Item 5) on
heater core (Figure 22, Item 1).
