BLADE CENTERSHIFT CYLINDER
REMOVE BLADE CENTERSHIFT
CYLINDER
1. Lower the blade to the ground.
2. Fasten a hoist to the cylinder. Remove the bolts that
hold the cap on the rod end of the cylinder. Remove
the cap from the rod and the ballstud.
3. Start the engine. Move the rod end of the cylinder
away from the ballstud. Shut off the engine.
Disconnect oil lines (3) from the cylinder.
4. Remove bolts (2) that hold cap (4) to the cylinder.
Remove cap (4). Remove blade centershift cylinder
(1). Weight is 80 lb. (36 kg).

INSTALL BLADE CENTERSHIFT
CYLINDER
1.
Fasten a hoist to the cylinder. Put blade center-shift
cylinder (2) in position on the machine. Install the
cap and the bolts that hold the cap to the cylinder
and the ballstud on the circle.
2.
Connect oil lines (1) to their correct locations on
blade centershift cylinder (2). Start the engine.
Move the cylinder rod into position on ballstud (3).
Install the cap and the bolts that hold the cap to the
cylinder rod and ballstud (3). Shut off the engine.
Remove the hoist.
