DISASSEMBLY AND ASSEMBLY
BLADE SIDESHIFT CYLINDER
INSTALL BLADE SIDESHIFT CYLINDER
1.
Put blade sideshift cylinder (2) in position on floor
jack (4) with a hoist. Put the cylinder in position
under the circle with the floor jack. Connect oil lines
(3) to their correct locations on the cylinder.
2.
Fasten a hoist to bracket (5). Put it in position on
studs (1) and (6).
3.
Install the bolts and the washers that hold the guard
to the cylinder. Remove the floor jack.
4.
Install nut (7). Install the washers and nuts (8) and
(11). Install nuts (8) and (11) to get a sliding fit
between the circle beam and bracket (5). Install the
pins and the cotter pins in nuts (8) and (11).
5.
Install pin (9) that holds the cylinder to bracket (5).
Install bolt (10) and the nut that holds pin (9).
6.
Fasten a chain to rod end (12) and bracket (13).
Pull blade (14) into position on bracket (5).
7.
Remove the chain from the rod and the bracket.
8.
Move the rod end (12) into position in bracket (13).
Install the pin that holds the rod end to the bracket.
Install the bolt and the nut that holds the
