Insert items 12 thru 3 as anassembly (Figure 13-49) incylinder liner. "V" mark onpiston must be in alinement with"V" mark on cylinder block. Restpiston on oil ring.15. Using piston ring compressor,install rings. Put piston intoplace while assistant guidesitems 12 thru 3 as an assemblyinto position on crankshaft.16. Using clean oil, lubricate twobearings (12, Figure 13-50).17. Using clean oil, lubricate cap(2), two nuts (1) and bolts (10)threads. Install and tighten toa 30 ft-lb torque.18. Make a mark on each of two nuts(1) and bolts (10, Figure 13-51).Tighten two nuts (1) anadditional 90 degrees.19.
