1. Install sling and lifting device on blade lift cylinder (Figure 6, Item 1).
WARN I N G
Use extreme caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use
assistance during procedure. Ensure any lifting device used is in good condition and of
suitable load capacity. Keep clear of heavy parts supported only by lifting device. Failure to
follow this warning may cause injury or death to personnel.
N OT E
Blade lift cylinder weighs 130 lb (59 kg).
2. Using lifting device, install blade lift cylinder (Figure 6, Item 1) on machine.
N OT E
Install shims in the same position and same quantity as noted during removal.
3. Install shims (Figure 6, Item 2), two inserts (Figure 6, Item 3), end cap (Figure 6, Item 4), two washers
(Figure 6, Item 5), and bolts (Figure 6, Item 6) on blade lift cylinder (Figure 6, Item 1).
