10. Remove two bolts (Figure 4, Item 6), washers (Figure 4, Item 5), end cap (Figure 4, Item 4), shims (Figure 4,
Item 2), and two inserts (Figure 4, Item 3) from blade lift cylinder (Figure 4, Item 1).
WARN I N G
Use extreme caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use
assistance during procedure. Ensure any lifting device used is in good condition and of
suitable load capacity. Keep clear of heavy parts supported only by lifting device. Failure
to follow this warning may cause injury or death to personnel.
N OT E
Blade lift cylinder weighs 130 lb (59 kg).
11. Using lifting device, remove blade lift cylinder (Figure 4, Item 1) from machine and lower onto flat surface.
12. Remove sling and lifting device from blade lift cylinder.
