For clarity, grader is shown without tandem housing installed.
1. Raise grader and position two vehicle support stands (Figure 1, Item 1) under grader as shown.

WARN I N G
Use extreme caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use
assistance during procedure. Ensure any lifting device used is in good condition and of
suitable load capacity. Keep clear of heavy parts supported only by lifting device. Failure to
follow this warning may cause injury or death to personnel.
N OT E
Weight of rear wheel and tire assembly is 475 lb (215 kg).
2. Remove 10 bolts (Figure 2, Item 2) and washers (Figure 2, Item 3) from wheel and tire assembly (Figure 2,
Item 1).
3. Remove rear wheel and tire assembly (Figure 2, Item 1) from spindle hub (Figure 2, Item 4).
4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 for remaining wheel.
