6. Check for Active code 2194-04 in
Code 2194-04 Remains Active -
All Wheel Drive 120M ECM (WP
Replace AWD control dial position
sensor (WP 0271).
Proceed to step 7.
Code 2194-04 Becomes Inactive -
Troubleshooting complete.
7. Using the MSD (WP 0006), select
2194-04 Code Active - Repeat trou-
All Wheel Drive 120M and verify
bleshooting code from the beginning.
2194-04 is not active.
2194-04 Code Not Active - Trouble-
shooting complete.
Test Step 3. Test for Shorted Cab
Upper Wiring Harness.
1. Turn ignition switch and battery
disconnect switch to the OFF
position.
2. Disconnect cab lower wiring P-
C42 harness connector (WP
0009, Figure 90) from cab upper
wiring R-C3 harness connector
(WP 0009, Figure 91) (WP 0266).
3. Disconnect cab lower wiring P-C3
harness connector (WP 0009,
Figure 34) from cab upper wiring
R-C1 harness connector (WP
0009, Figure 33) (WP 0266).
4. Turn battery disconnect switch
and ignition switch to the ON posi-
tion.
