Test Step 5. Perform All Wheel
Drive (AWD) Control Dial Position
Sensor Calibration.
1. Turn ignition switch and battery
disconnect switch to the OFF
position.
2. Remove jumper wire from R-C12
terminal C and B (WP 0009, Fig-
ure 88).
3. Connect cab upper wiring R-C12
harness connector (WP 0009,
Figure 88) on AWD control dial
position sensor connector (WP
0009, Figure 89) (WP 0271).
4. Turn ignition switch and battery
disconnect switch to the ON posi-
tion.
5. Perform AWD control dial position
sensor calibration (WP 0271).
6. Check for Active code 2194-03 in
Code 2194-03 Remains Active -
All Wheel Drive 120M ECM (WP
Replace AWD control dial position
sensor (WP 0271).
Proceed to step 7.
Code 2194-03 Becomes Inactive -
Troubleshooting complete.
7. Using the MSD (WP 0006), select
2194-03 Code Active - Repeat trou-
All Wheel Drive 120M and verify
bleshooting code from the beginning.
2194-03 is not active.
2194-03 Code Not Active - Trouble-
shooting complete.
Test Step 6. Test 112-PU Main
Power Relay Output Circuit for
Open Inside Fuse Box.
1. Remove cover from fuse box.
