Rotate crankshaft and toolagainst upper main bearings (6)in direction of normal enginerotation.12. Remove and discard upper half ofthree main bearings (6, Figure13-19).CLEANINGClean all parts. Refer to Chapter 2.INSPECTION (Front, Center and Rear Main Bearings)1. Coat three new lower mainbearings (4, Figure 13-20) withclean engine oil.2.
