If you are injured, seekmedical aid immediately.13.Attach hoist and sling to plates (29 and 32,Figure 3-37).14.Using hoist and sling, remove items 18 thru 37as an assembly from engine.CAUTIONDo not lay machined surfaces ofcylinder head on an unprotectedsurface. Concrete or metal surfaces canscratch and cause damage to thecylinder head.15.Remove hoist and sling.16.Remove and discard gasket (19), preformedpacking (20), four seals (21) and 12 seals (22)from top of engine. Remove all gasketmaterial from mounting surfaces.17.Inspect four cylinder liners projection and bore.Refer to paragraph 3-7.Go to Sheet 53-53Figure 3-37.
