Hydraulic oil is very slippery. Immediately wipe up any spills. Failure to follow this warning
may result in injury to personnel.
N OT E
Tag and mark hoses to aid in installation.
Cap and plug all lines and fittingsat removal to prevent contamination.
1. Disconnect hose (Figure 1, Item 7) from elbow (Figure 1, Item 4).
2. Disconnect elbow (Figure 1, Item 4) from cylinder (Figure 1, Item 1) and remove and discard two O-rings
(Figure 1, Item 5).
3. Remove clamp (Figure 1, Item 2) and hose block (Figure 1, Item 3) from cylinder (Figure 1, Item 1) and hose
(Figure 1, Item 6).
4. Remove nut (Figure 1, Item 11), two washers (Figure 1, Item 10), bolt (Figure 1, Item 12), and two clamps
(Figure 1, Item 9) from two hoses (Figure 1, Item 6 and 7).
5. Remove two bolts (Figure 1, Item 15), washers (Figure 1, Item 14), and four clamps (Figure 1, Item 13) from
two hoses (Figure 1, Items 6 and 7) and stanchions (Figure 1, Items 8 and 16).
