Use extreme caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use
assistance during procedure. Failure to follow this warning may cause injury or death to
personnel.
1. Install blade tip cylinder (Figure 6, Item 3), two washers (Figure 6, Item 5), plates (Figure 6, Item 6), pin
(Figure 6, Item 2), and new cotter pin (Figure 6, Item 1) on machine.

Hydraulic oil is very slippery. Immediately wipe up any spills. Failure to follow this warning
may cause injury to personnel.
2. Connect hydraulic line (Figure 6, Item 4) to blade tip cylinder (Figure 6, Item 3).
