12. Remove bolt (Figure 12, Item 1) and washer (Figure 12, Item 2) from seat belt bracket (Figure 12, Item 3).

The recliner lock pivot is spring-loaded and is held in place by the seat belt bracket. Wear
eye protection when removing the seat belt bracket. Failure to follow this warning could
result in injury to personnel.
13. Remove bolt (Figure 13, Item 1) and washer (Figure 13, Item 2) from seat belt bracket (Figure 13, Item 5).
14. Remove seat belt bracket (Figure 13, Item 5), recliner latch (Figure 13, Item 3), and spring (Figure 13, Item 4)
from recliner bracket (Figure 13, Item 6).
