Use extreme caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use
assistance during procedure. Ensure any lifting device used is in good condition and of
suitable load capacity. Keep clear of heavy parts supported only by lifting device. Failure
to follow this warning may cause injury or death to personnel.
N OT E
AWD piston motor weighs approximately 100 lb (45.5 kg).
1. Install new O-ring (Figure 12, Item 3) on AWD piston motor (Figure 12, Item 4).
2. Remove wiring harness connector (Figure 12, Item 5) from AWD position motor (Figure 12, Item 4), sliding
downward.
3. With assistance, install AWD piston motor (Figure 12, Item 4) on machine
4. Install two washers (Figure 12, Item 2) and bolts (Figure 12, Item 1) on AWD piston motor (Figure 12, Item 4).
Torque to 148 lb-ft (200 Nm).
5. Install wiring harness connector (Figure 12, Item 5) from AWD position motor (Figure 12, Item 4).
