6. Remove four bolts (Figure 3, Item 5), washers (Figure 3, Item 6), two clamps (Figure 3, Item 7), and tube
(Figure 3, Item 2) from charging pump (Figure 3, Item 9).

Use extreme caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use
assistance during procedure. Failure to follow this warning may cause injury or death to
personnel.
N OT E
Charging pump weighs 75 lb (34 kg).
7. Using assistance, remove three bolts (Figure 3, Item 4), washers (Figure 3, Item 3), charging pump (Figure 3,
Item 9), and O-ring (Figure 3, Item 10) from transmission (Figure 3, Item 1). Discard O-ring.
8. Remove O-ring (Figure 3, Item 8) from tube (Figure 3, Item 2). Discard O-ring.
