Hydraulic oil is very slippery. Immediately wipe up any spills. Failure to follow this warning
may result in injury to personnel.
N OT E
The front all-wheel drive pump controls the left side all-wheel drive circuit. The rear all-
wheel drive pump controls the right side all-wheel drive circuit.
1. Remove eight bolts (Figure 1, Item 7), two solenoids (Figure 1, Item 6) and two O-rings (Figure 1, Item 5) from
control valve (Figure 1, Item 2). Discard O-rings.
2. Remove two bolts (Figure 1, Item 4), bolts (Figure 1, Item 1), control valve (Figure 1, Item 2), eight O-rings
(Figure 1, Item 3) and O-ring (Figure 1, Item 9) from AWD pump (Figure 1, Item 8). Discard O-rings.
