Hydraulic oil is very slippery. Immediately wipe up any spills. Failure to follow this warning
may result in injury to personnel.

Tag and mark hoses to aid in installation.
1. Disconnect tube (Figure 1, Item 1) and remove two O-rings (Figure 1, Item 2 and Item 11) from implement and
steering pump (Figure 1, Item 5) and manifold (Figure 1, Item 12). Discard O-rings.
2. Remove elbow (Figure 1, Item 3) and O-ring (Figure 1, Item 4) from implement and steering pump (Figure 1,
Item 5). Discard O-ring.
3. Disconnect hose (Figure 1, Item 10) and remove O-ring (Figure 1, Item 9) from implement and steering pump
(Figure 1, Item 5). Discard O-ring.
4. Disconnect hose (Figure 1, Item 13) and remove O-ring (Figure 1, Item 14) from tee (Figure 1, Item 16). Dis-
card O-ring.
5. Remove four capscrews (Figure 1, Item 6), elbow (Figure 1, Item 8), and O-ring (Figure 1, Item 7) from imple-
ment and steering pump (Figure 1, Item 5). Discard O-ring.
6. Remove cap (Figure 1, Item 22), coupling (Figure 1, Item 21) and O-ring (Figure 1, Item 20) from elbow
(Figure 1, Item 19). Discard O-ring.
7. Remove elbow (Figure 1, Item 19) and O-ring (Figure 1, Item 17) from tee (Figure 1, Item 16). Discard O-ring.
8. Remove tee (Figure 1, Item 16) and O-ring (Figure 1, Item 15) from pressure control valve (Figure 1, Item 18).
Discard O-ring.
