3. Test and replace battery or batteries as necessary (WP 0041).
4. Inspect drive belt for wear, perform Drive Belt Inspection (WP 0032).
5. Verify belt tensioner is not binding or sticking, perform Drive Belt Tensioner Check (WP 0032).
6. Perform Charging System Test (WP 0040).
7. Manually rotate the engine by hand (WP 0032) to ensure that crankshaft is not stuck.
a. If crankshaft is stuck or difficult to rotate, replace engine (WP 0069).
b. If engine is not difficult to rotate, proceed to Test Step 2.
