16. Assemble air-in-fuel test tool as follows:
a. Apply teflon tape to threads on two adapters (Figure 24, Items 7 and 9).
b. Install two adapters (Figure 24, Items 7 and 9) to each end of sight glass (Figure 24, Item 8).
c.
Install two quick disconnects (Figure 24, Item 6, Item 10) to each end of sight glass (Figure 24, Item 8).
d. Apply teflon tape to threads of nipple (Figure 24, Item 23) and install nipple on tee (Figure 24, Item 24).
e. Apply teflon tape on gauge (Figure 24, Item 5) and install gauge on tee (Figure 24, Item 24).
f.
Apply teflon tape to threads of quick disconnect (Figure 24, Item 25), and install quick disconnect on tee
(Figure 24, Item 24).
g. Apply teflon tape to connector (Figure 24, Item 3) and install connector on nipple (Figure 24, Item 4).
h. Install hose (Figure 24, Item 1), and clamp (Figure 24, Item 2) on connector (Figure 24, Item 3) and con-
nect nipple (Figure 24, Item 4) on quick disconnect (Figure 24, Item 25).

Install clamp (Figure 24, Item 27) and quick disconnect (Figure 24, Item 26) on hose (Figure 24, Item 1).
j.
Apply teflon tape on tee (Figure 24, Item 12) and install nipple (Figure 24, Item 11) on tee (Figure 24,
Item 12).
k.
Connect nipple (Figure 24, Item 11) to quick disconnect (Figure 24, Item 10).
l.
Apply teflon tape on threads of connector (Figure 24, Item 13), and install connector on tee (Figure 24,
Item 12).
m. Install clamp (Figure 24, Item 14) and hose (Figure 24, Item 15) on connector (Figure 24, Item 13).
n. Install clamp (Figure 24, Item 16) and quick disconnect (Figure 24, Item 17) on hose (Figure 24, Item 15).
o. Apply teflon tape to threads on union (Figure 24, Item 21) and install union on tee (Figure 24, Item 12).
p. Install valve (Figure 24, Item 22) on union (Figure 24, Item 21).
q. Apply teflon tape to threads of connector (Figure 24, Item 20), and install connector on valve (Figure 24,
Item 22).
r.
Install clamp (Figure 24, Item 19), and hose (Figure 24, Item 18) on connector (Figure 24, Item 20).
