Test Step 5. Test for Shorted Right
Front Drive Motor Speed Sensor.
1. Turn ignition switch and battery
disconnect switch to the OFF
position.
2. Connect clutch drive solenoid AF-
C3 harness connector (WP 0009,
Figure 51) on cab lower wiring P-
C34 harness connector (WP
0009, Figure 52) (WP 0200).
3. Disconnect right motor speed AH-
C2 harness connector (WP 0009,
Figure 57) from right front drive
motor speed sensor connector
(WP 0009, Figure 58) (WP 0166).
4. Turn battery disconnect switch
and ignition switch to the ON posi-
tion.
5. Check for Active code 0041-04 in
Code 0041-04 Remains Active - Pro-
All Wheel Drive 120M ECM (WP
ceed to Test Step 6.
Code 0041-04 Becomes Inactive -
Replace right front drive motor speed
sensor (WP 0166).
Install rear front frame cover on
machine (WP 0224).
Proceed to step 6.
6. Using the MSD (WP 0006), select
0041-04 Code Active - Repeat trou-
All Wheel Drive 120M and verify
bleshooting code from the beginning.
0041-04 is not active.
0041-04 Code Not Active - Trouble-
shooting complete.
Test Step 6. Test for Shorted Left
Front Drive Motor Speed Sensor.
1. Turn ignition switch and battery
disconnect switch to the OFF
position.
2. Disconnect left motor speed AK-
C2 harness connector (WP 0009,
Figure 59) from left front drive
motor speed sensor connector
(WP 0009, Figure 60).
