(cont)14-5.FrontWiper(Upper).(Sheet 5 of 5)INSTALLATION1.Position items 30 thru 18 as an assemblyand plate (17, Figure 14-8) in upper storagecompartments in interior of cab.2.Connect three wire assemblies (16) atterminals to motor (30).NOTEStep 3 requires two mechanics.3.One mechanic installs two lockwashers (15)and bolts (14) in upper front, exterior of cabwhile the other mechanic holds items 30thru 18 as an assembly (Figure 14-7) in cabinterior.4.Install new gasket (13), washer (12), snapring (11), nut (10), cap (9) and driver (8).Tighten nut (10) to 15 ft-lb torque.5.Install clip (6), blade assembly (5), screw(4) and lock nut (3) on arm assembly (7).6.Install items 7 thru 3 as an assembly(Figure 14-6) in same position as whenremoved.7.Install lockwasher (2) and nut (1).
