UPPER CAB REMOVAL

1. Disconnect left door washer fluid hose (Figure 3, Item 5) from fitting (Figure 3, Item 4).
2. Disconnect left door wiper electrical connector (Figure 3, Item 2) from connector (Figure 3, Item 3).
3. Open door (Figure 3, Item 1) (TM 5-3805-293-10).
4. Connect sling and lifting device to door (Figure 3, Item 1).
WARN I N G
Use extreme caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use
assistance during procedure. Ensure any lifting device used is in good condition and of
suitable load capacity. Keep clear of heavy parts supported only by lifting device. Failure to
follow this warning may cause injury or death to personnel.
N OT E
Door weighs approximately 105 lb (48 kg).
5. Using lifting device, remove door (Figure 3, Item 1) from machine.
6. Remove sling and lifting device from door (Figure 3, Item 1).
7. Stow left door accordingly for shipping.
