Use extreme caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use
assistance during procedure. Ensure any lifting device used is in good condition and of
suitable load capacity. Keep clear of heavy parts supported only by lifting device. Failure to
follow this warning may cause injury or death to personnel.
N OT E
Circle drive weighs 280 lb (127 kg).
6. Install three lifting brackets (Figure 4, Item 5) and bolts (Figure 4, Item 4) on circle drive (Figure 4, Item 1).
7. Attach sling and lifting device to circle drive (Figure 4, Item 1).
8. Using lifting device, remove circle drive (Figure 4, Item 1), sprocket (Figure 4, Item 3), and thrust washer
(Figure 4, Item 2) from machine. Lower to flat surface.
9. Remove lifting device, sling, three bolts (Figure 4, Item 4), and lifting brackets (Figure 4, Item 5) from circle
drive (Figure 4, Item 1).
