1. Loosen head (Figure 4, Item 1) and remove cylinder rod (Figure 4, Item 13) from cylinder housing (Figure 4,
Item 7).
2. Remove bolt (Figure 4, Item 10) and washer (Figure 4, Item 9) from cylinder rod (Figure 4, Item 13)
3. Remove piston (Figure 4, Item 8) and head (Figure 4, Item 1) from cylinder rod (Figure 4, Item 13).
4. Remove wear ring (Figure 4, Item 12) and seal (Figure 4, Item 11) from piston (Figure 4, Item 8). Discard seal
and wear ring.
5. Remove O-ring (Figure 4, Item 3), backup ring (Figure 4, Item 14), wiper seal (Figure 4, Item 2), U-cup seal
(Figure 4, Item 4), buffer seal (Figure 4, Item 5), and wear ring (Figure 4, Item 6) from head (Figure 4, Item 1).
Discard O-ring, backup ring, wiper seal, U-cup seal, buffer seal, and wear ring.
