WARN I N G
Hydraulic oil is very slippery. Immediately wipe up any spills. Failure to follow this warning
may cause injury to personnel.
1. Apply a light coating of hydraulic fluid on three seals (Figure 7, Items 1, 3, and 4) and centershift lock cylinder
bore (Figure 7, Item 2).
N OT E
Install seals as noted during disassembly.
2. Install three new seals (Figure 7, Items 1, 3, and 4) on centershift lock cylinder (Figure 7, Item 2).
3. Install centershift lock piston cap (Figure 8, Item 2), washer (Figure 8, Item 4), and bolt (Figure 8, Item 3) on
centershift lock piston (Figure 8, Item 1).
C AU T I O N
Do not overstretch seal when installing on centershift lock piston cap. Overstretching seal
may cause centershift piston to leak. Failure to follow this caution may result in damage to
equipment.
4. Apply a light coating of hydraulic fluid on O-ring (Figure 8, Item 5) and install on centershift lock piston
(Figure 8, Item 2).
