1. Open cab door.
2. Loosen hinge bolts (Figure 20, Item 3) on door (Figure 20, Item 1).
3. Close door (Figure 20, Item 1) to second latch.
4. Push door (Figure 20, Item 1) at hinges (Figure 20, Item 2) to ensure there is no gap at hinges (Figure 20,
Item 2).
5. Torque hinge bolts (Figure 20, Item 3) to 41 7 lb-ft (55 10 Nm).
