Route wiring harness as noted during removal.
Install tiedown straps as noted during removal.
6. Install washer hose (Figure 17, Item 11), harness (Figure 17, Item 1), and two grommets (Figure 17, Item 7) on
door (Figure 17, Item 8).
7. Install two washers (Figure 17, Item 12), 90 bulkhead fittings (Figure 17, Item 4), washers (Figure 17, Item 3),
and nuts (Figure 17, Item 2) on door (Figure 17, Item 8).
8. Install tee fitting (Figure 17, Item 10) on door (Figure 17, Item 8). Connect washer hose (Figure 17, Item 11) to
tee fitting.
9. Install washer hose (Figure 17, Item 9) on door (Figure 17, Item 8). Connect washer hose to tee fitting
(Figure 17, Item 10).
10. Connect washer hose (Figure 17, Item 9) to 90 bulkhead fitting (Figure 17, Item 4).
11. Install washer hose (Figure 17, Item 5) on door and connect washer hose to tee fitting (Figure 17, Item 10).
12. Connect washer hose (Figure 17, Item 5) to 90 bulkhead fitting (Figure 17, Item 4).
13. Install three tiedown straps (Figure 17, Item 6) on harness (Figure 17, Item 1) and washer hoses (Figure 17,
Items 5 and 9).
