Tag and mark wires to aid in installation.
1. Slide lock tab (Figure 1, Item 2) back, and press down and disconnect electrical connector (Figure 1, Item 1)
from intake manifold air temperature sensor (Figure 1, Item 3).
2. Remove intake manifold air temperature sensor (Figure 1, Item 3) and O-ring (Figure 1, Item 4) from intake
manifold (Figure 1, Item 5). Discard O-ring.

1. Clean and inspect all mechanical parts IAW Mechanical General Maintenance Instructions (WP 0346).
2. Clean and inspect all electrical parts IAW Electrical General Maintenance Instructions (WP 0347).

Install wires as noted at removal.
1. Install new O-ring (Figure 1, Item 4) and intake manifold air temperature sensor (Figure 1, Item 3) on intake
manifold (Figure 1, Item 5).
2. Connect electrical connector (Figure 1, Item 1) to intake manifold air temperature sensor (Figure 1, Item 3) and
slide lock tab (Figure 1, Item 2) forward.
