Lubricating oil is very slippery. Immediately wipe up any spills. Failure to follow this
warning may result in injury to personnel.

Use a suitable container to drain oil from inle and outlet tubes. To prevent fluid loss, cap
t
oil lines and ports for turbocharger.
Tag all hoses and tubes to aid in installation.
1. Remove banjo bolt (Figure 1, Item 2) from oil inlet tube (Figure 1, Item 3).
2. Remove oil inlet tube (Figure 1, Item 3) and two sealing washers (Figure 1, Item 4) from turbocharger
(Figure 1, Item 1). Discard sealing washers.
