POWERTRAIN CLUTCH SYSTEM PRESSURE TEST

Operator must be present and seated in the cab during this entire test.
1. Stop machine on a hard, level surface. Place transmission control switch in NEUTRAL position (TM 5-3805-
293-10). Turn off engine (TM 5-3805-293-10). Place blocks in front of and behind tires (TM 5-3805-293-10).
2. Remove driveshaft (WP 0135).
3. Assemble transmission test cover (Figure 16, Item 1) with 2 inch (50.8 mm) bumper (Figure 16, Item 3),
bearing (Figure 16, Item 4) and nut (Figure 16, Item 2).
4. Tighten set screw (Figure 16, Item 5) on bearing (Figure 16, Item 4).
