spring force will be released when cylinder assembly cap screws are removed causing
injury. Always restrain cover as cap screws are loosened. Failure to follow this warning
may result in injury to personnel.
11. Check reading on 580 psi hydraulic gauge. At full throttle, pressure should be 400 10 psi (2,758 68 kPa).
a. If pressure is more than 400 10 psi (2758 68 kPa), remove two bolts (Figure 11, Item 1), washers
(Figure 11, Item 2), cover (Figure 11, Item 5), and O-ring (Figure 11, Item 6), and turn adjustment screw
(Figure 12, Item 1) counterclockwise until pressure reaches 400 10 psi (2,758 68 kPa). Discard O-ring.
b. If pressure is less than 400 10 psi (2758 68 kPa), remove two bolts (Figure 11, Item 1), washers
(Figure 11, Item 2), cover (Figure 11, Item 5), and O-ring (Figure 11, Item 6) and turn adjustment screw
(Figure 12, Item 1) clockwise until pressure reaches 400 10 psi (2,758 68 kPa). Discard O-ring.
