The diagnostic code detail screen (Figure 6, Item 1) will display the MID or ECM responsible for setting the code
(Figure 6, Item 2), the diagnostic code with fault detected (Figure 6, Item 3), and the failed component (Figure 6,
Item 4). Record each active diagnostic or event code, proceed to Troubleshooting Symptom Index WP 0010 to
diagnose the recorded diagnostic or event code. Refer to Understanding the Diagnostic Code Breakdown for a
description of the diagnostic and event codes.
