Moving and Stopping the Machine
Changing Gear Speed and Direction
Do not operate the machine without normal air pressure.
Before operating the machine or its implements in any
direction, make sure that no one is endangered.
Fasten the seat belt before operating the machine.
Be
sure
to
ground
moldboard
before
retracting
centershift lock pin.
Keep transmission engaged when going downhill. Do
not coast.
Do not push down the transmission modulator pedal
when going downhill.

Cycle all the controls and check them for proper
operation.

Move governor control lever ( to the low idle
position.
3.
Depress the transmission modulator pedal (E

Raise all implements.
5.
Apply the service brake (D
6.
Release parking/emergency brake (i
7.
Move transmission lever () to the left or right, for
the direction of travel desired. Select the desired speed
to move the machine. (Normally 2nd or 3rd speed)
8.
Release the transmission modulator pedal.
9.
Depress accelerator to obtain the desired speed.
10.
Upshift one speed at a time Increase the engine
speed as necessary
