Install shim(s) (7), retainer (6), and three bolts (2).

Tighten bolts to 96 lb-ft (130 Nm).

Install new preformed packing (5).
29.
Install cover (4) and two bolts (3).

Fill wheel spindle housing with lubricant (WP 0023 00).
31.
Install front wheels (WP 0166 00).
32.
Turn battery disconnect switch to ON position and start engine (TM 5-3805-261-10).
33.
Operate machine and check for leaks.
34.
Stop engine.
