CONNECTING RIGHT DOOR WIPER MOTOR AND WASHER HOSE

1. Attach sling and lifting device to door (Figure 25, Item 4).
WARN I N G
Use extreme caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use
assistance during procedure. Ensure any lifting device used is in good condition and of
suitable load capacity. Keep clear of heavy parts supported only by lifting device. Failure to
follow this warning may cause injury or death to personnel.
N OT E
Door weighs approximately 105 lb (48 kg).
2. Using lifting device, install door (Figure 25, Item 4) on machine.
3. Remove lifting device and sling from door (Figure 25, Item 4).
4. Close door (Figure 25, Item 4) (TM 5-3805-293-10).
5. Connect right door wiper electrical connector (Figure 25, Item 3) to connector (Figure 25, Item 2).
6. Connect right door washer fluid hose (Figure 25, Item 5) to fitting (Figure 25, Item 1).
