1. Install five clamps (Figure 3, Item 1) on positive battery cable (Figure 3, Item 5).
2. Install five clamps (Figure 3, Item 7) on negative battery cable (Figure 3, Item 6).
3. Install negative battery cable (Figure 3, Item 6), clamps (Figure 3, Item 7), washers (Figure 3, Item 8), and two
bolts (Figure 3, Item 9) on machine.
4. Install bolt (Figure 3, Item 10), two washers (Figure 3, Item 11), nut (Figure 3, Item 12), and negative battery
cable clamp (Figure 3, Item 13) on mount (Figure 3, Item 14).
5. Install positive battery cable (Figure 3, Item 5), spacers (Figure 3, Item 2), clamps (Figure 3, Item 1), washers
(Figure 3, Item 3), and three bolts (Figure 3, Item 4) on machine.
6. Install starter cable (Figure 4, Item 10), positive battery cable (Figure 4, Item 1), washer (Figure 4, Item 9), and
bolt (Figure 4, Item 8) on bulkhead connector Figure 4, Item 2).
7. Install negative battery cable (Figure 4, Item 6), washer (Figure 4, Item 4), and bolt (Figure 4, Item 5) on
bulkhead connector (Figure 4, Item 3).
8. Position terminal covers (Figure 4, Items 7 and 11) on bolts (Figure 4, Items 5 and 8).
