WARN I N G
Use extreme caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use
assistance during procedure. Ensure any lifting device used is in good condition and of
suitable load capacity. Keep clear of heavy parts supported only by lifting device. Failure
to follow this warning may cause injury or death to personnel.
N OT E
Cab weighs approximately 2,800 lb (1,270 kg).
The procedure for front cab mount replacement is identical for left and right front cab
mounts. Right front cab mount is shown in this procedure.
9. Using lifting device, raise cab to provide access to front cab mounts.
10. Place wood blocks between cab and frame.
11. Remove bushing (Figure 4, Item 4) and washer (Figure 4, Item 1) from top isolator (Figure 4, Item 2).
12. Remove top isolator (Figure 4, Item 2) from frame (Figure 4, Item 3).
13. Repeat steps 11 and 12 for left front cab mount.
