Note routing of wiring harness prior to removal to aid in installation.
Note position of tiedown straps prior to removal to aid in installation.
4. Remove three tiedown straps (Figure 3, Item 6) from harness (Figure 3, Item 1) and washer hoses (Figure 3,
Items 5 and 9).
5. Disconnect washer hose (Figure 3, Item 5) from 90 bulkhead fitting (Figure 3, Item 4).
6. Disconnect washer hose (Figure 3, Item 5) from tee fitting (Figure 3, Item 10). Remove washer hose from door.
7. Disconnect washer hose (Figure 3, Item 9) from 90 bulkhead fitting (Figure 3, Item 4).
8. Disconnect washer hose (Figure 3, Item 9) from tee fitting (Figure 3, Item 10). Remove washer hose from door.
9. Disconnect washer hose (Figure 3, Item 11) from tee fitting (Figure 3, Item 10). Remove tee fitting from door.
10. Remove two nuts (Figure 3, Item 2), washers (Figure 3, Item 3), 90 bulkhead fittings (Figure 3, Item 4), and
washers (Figure 3, Item 12) from door (Figure 3, Item 8).
11. Remove two grommets (Figure 3, Item 7), harness (Figure 3, Item 1), and washer hose (Figure 3, Item 11)
from door (Figure 3, item 8).
