1. Remove four nuts (Figure 2, Item 6) from engine oil cooler assembly.
2. Remove cooler (Figure 2, Item 1) and two gaskets (Figure 2, Item 2) from cooler housing (Figure 2, Item 3).
Discard gaskets.
N OT E
Remove plugs from oil cooler only if required.
3. Remove three plugs (Figure 2, Item 4) from cooler housing (Figure 2, Item 3).
N OT E
Remove studs from oil cooler only if required.
Note position of studs prior toremoval to aid in installation.
4. Remove four studs (Figure 2, Item 5) from cooler (Figure 2, Item 1).
5. Remove two tiedown clips (Figure 2, Item 7) from cooler housing (Figure 2, Item 3)
