Engine coolant used in the performance of mantenance can be very slippery. Immediately

wipe up any spills.
Failure to follow these warnings ma result in injury to personnel.

1. Remove two tiedown straps (Figure 1, Item 1) from engine harness (Figure 1, Item 2). Discard tiedown straps.
2. Remove two bolts (Figure 1, Item 6) and bracket (Figure 1, Item 5) from engine oil cooler (Figure 1, Item 10).
Position harness aside.
3. Disconnect three fuel lines (Figure 1, Item 8) from fuel tube bracket (Figure 1, Item 7).
4. Remove two bolts (Figure 1, Item 9) and fuel tube bracket (Figure 1, Item 7) from engine oil cooler (Figure 1,
Item 10).
5. Remove bolt (Figure 1, Item 13) and oil dipstick bracket (Figure 1, Item 12) from engine oil cooler (Figure 1,
Item 10).
6. Remove four bolts (Figure 1, Item 3) from engine oil cooler (Figure 1, Item 10).
7. Remove four bolts (Figure 1, Item 4), engine oil cooler (Figure 1, Item 10), and gasket (Figure 1, Item 11) from
engine. Discard gasket.
