Hydraulic oil is very slippery. Immediately wipe up any spills. Failure to follow this warning
may result in injury to personnel.

Tag and mark hoses to aid in installation.
1. Remove two nuts (Figure 1, Item 7), washers (Figure 1, Item 8), bolts (Figure 1, Item 9), washers (Figure 1,
Item 10), and four clamps (Figure 1, Item 6) from two tubes (Figure 1, Items 4 and 5).
2. Remove nut (Figure 1, Item 25), washer (Figure 1, Item 26), bolt (Figure 1, Item 23), washer (Figure 1, Item
22) and two clamps (Figure 1, Items 21 and 24) from two hoses (Figure 1, Items 11 and 20).
3. Disconnect tube (Figure 1, Item 4) and remove two O-rings (Figure 1, Items 3 and 12) from manifold (Figure 1,
Item 27) and pump (Figure 1, Item 13). Discard O-rings.
4. Remove tube (Figure 1, Item 4) from machine.
5. Disconnect tube (Figure 1, Item 5) and remove two O-rings (Figure 1, Items 1 and 17) from manifold (Figure 1,
Item 27) and fitting (Figure 1, Item 18). Discard O-rings.
6. Remove tube (Figure 1, Item 5) from machine.
7. Disconnect hose (Figure 1, Item 11) and remove O-ring (Figure 1, Item 2) from manifold (Figure 1, Item 27).
Discard O-ring.
8. Disconnect hose (Figure 1, Item 11) and remove O-ring (Figure 1, Item 19) from pump (Figure 1, Item 13).
Discard O-ring.
9. Remove hose (Figure 1, Item 11) from machine.
10. Disconnect hose (Figure 1, Item 14) and remove O-ring (Figure 1, Item 15) from fitting (Figure 1, Item 16).
Discard O-ring.
